Creativity fuels my passion, drawing boundless inspiration from the beauty of nature. Whether wandering through lush forests, exploring serene gardens, or simply basking in the tranquility of the great outdoors, I feel an intrinsic connection to the world around me.
My love for painting extends to using natural materials, which I source directly from the earth – rocks, mushrooms, flowers, and other organic elements. There’s an immense satisfaction in transforming these treasures into artworks that mirror the beauty and harmony of the natural world.
With each stroke of my brush, I celebrate the earth’s limitless creativity, infusing every piece with my heart and soul.
Through my art, I aspire to ignite an appreciation for nature’s wonders and encourage others to find joy in its ever-changing beauty.
I firmly believe that surrounding ourselves with nature, whether in our homes or spending time in gardens, parks, by the sea, or in the mountains, fosters a deeper connection to our planet.
This connection reduces the likelihood of ignorance towards the earth’s needs, fostering a greater sense of responsibility towards environmental stewardship.
This painting is inspired by birds and flying experiences that have had a lot in my dreams and birds that also are a frequent symbol in my dream time.
I used coal that my dad found in the Baltic Sea. Why was it in there? Probably they fell out of a cargo ship. Also, there are charcoal and wood ashes from my house, sand from nearby woodlands, some flower tinctures, and red granite from Hiiumaa Island.
