Dreams have always carried a sense of mystery, but when they align with waking life in unexpected ways, they become something more—synchronicities. These are the moments when a dream mirrors reality so precisely that it feels like the universe is winking at us, revealing hidden connections between our inner and outer worlds.
Perhaps you dream of an old friend you haven’t thought about in years, only to receive a message from them the next day. Or you dream of a symbol—a bird, a word, a place—only to encounter it unexpectedly in waking life. These moments defy logic, slipping into the realm of the inexplicable.
Dream circles create a safe space for sharing experiences and insights about synchronicities, allowing us to explore the patterns within them.
The Essence of Dream Work
Deams are one of the oldest forms of storytelling. Long before written language or oral traditions as we know them, humans experienced dreams—vivid, often symbolic narratives that their minds created while they slept. These dream stories likely shaped early myths, rituals, and beliefs, influencing how people understood the world and their place in it.
Ancient cultures often saw dreams as important messages and some scholars even argue that storytelling itself may have originated from the human need to make sense of dreams.
I think that stories have been a survival tool for humans for so long teaching us, guiding us, and reminding us of who we are. Now, more than ever, storytelling remains a force that grounds, inspires, and reimagines what’s possible. As AI continues to generate content, human storytelling becomes even more valuable—our emotions, creativity, and lived experiences set us apart.
Dreamwork is a journey into our psyche, guiding us into the unknown in ourselves. This exploration can feel vulnerable, as it may reveal thoughts, emotions and associations we weren’t previously aware of. However, how much you choose to share in the circle about what a dream brings up for you is entirely up to you.
Through dream exploration, we gain valuable insights into ourselves and can deepen our connection with others.
What’s Expected of You as a Participant
The most important expectation is upholding confidentiality and trust. Beyond that, an open mind is key—openness to intuition, fresh perspectives, and even the impact of someone else’s dream on you.
In a dream circle, we never interpret another person’s dream or assign fixed meanings to images. Instead, we approach each dream with curiosity, asking thoughtful questions to better understand another’s experience. By bringing openness, curiosity, and respect to the circle, you help create a supportive and enriching space for all.
The dream circle is not going to be recorded.
