Introduction
This agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the undersigned participant (“Participant”) and Verdantilla Virtual Solutions (“Organizer”) for participation in the Dream Circle and/or mentoring sessions (“Circle”). By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

Purpose of the Circle
The Circle is a safe and respectful space for sharing and exploring dreams, insights, and personal experiences. The intention is to foster deep listening, reflection, and mutual support without judgment or interpretation without consent.

Confidentiality
All information shared within the Circle is strictly confidential. Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose or discuss shared experiences outside of the Circle. This includes but is not limited to personal stories, insights, and any identifying details.

Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that:

The Circle is not a substitute for professional therapy or medical advice.

They are responsible for their own emotional and psychological well-being.

They have the right to share or withhold information at their discretion.

They will engage with others in a respectful and non-disruptive manner.

Consent and Respect
Participants agree to:

Listen with an open heart and refrain from giving unsolicited advice or interpretations.

Speak from personal experience rather than generalizing or instructing others.

Refrain from any behavior that is harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

Respect the sacred nature of the space and its practices.

Release of Liability
The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Circle is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with their involvement. The Organizer is not liable for any emotional distress, personal injury, or other consequences resulting from participation. The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims arising from their participation.

Termination of Participation
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Circle if they engage in behavior that violates this Agreement, disrupts the space, or disrespects other participants.

Agreement and Signature
By signing/ticking the box, the Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

I understand that Therese-Liise Aasma is not a mental health care professional. I understand that dream work and mentoring are only for self-improvement. I understand that name Therese-Liise Aasma  does not diagnose conditions nor does she prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical or mental health care professional. I understand that dream work and mentoring do not take the place of mental health care or medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed mental health care professional for any psychological or emotional problem I may have. I understand that dream work and mentoring can complement any psychological or medical care I may be receiving.

Hold Harmless Agreement: By signing this contract, I agree to hold harmless
Therese-Liise Aasma and Verdantilla Virtual Solutions and waive any liability regarding dream work and mentoring I receive.

 

Sales Terms & Conditions for Mentoring Sessions and Dream Circles

By purchasing a mentoring session or participating in a dream circle, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you attend the session or event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or unused sessions for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.

In rare cases of unexpected cancellation on my part, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Booking & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session or dream circle spot.

Spaces for dream circles are limited, and reservations are only confirmed upon successful payment.

Mentoring sessions must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

Mentoring Sessions:

You may request to reschedule a mentoring session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be considered a missed session and are not eligible for rescheduling or a refund.

Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking.

Dream Circles:

Dream circles are live group events and cannot be rescheduled.

If you are unable to attend a dream circle, your payment cannot be transferred to another date or refunded.

Lateness & No-Shows

If you arrive late for a mentoring session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

If you miss a session entirely without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Dream circles begin at the scheduled time, and late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the session has started to maintain the integrity of the space.

Confidentiality & Safe Space Agreement

All sessions, whether individual or group-based, are held in a confidential and safe space.

Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal stories, insights, or experiences shared during the session.

Recording of mentoring sessions or dream circles is not permitted without explicit written consent.

Personal Responsibility & Disclaimer

Mentoring sessions and dream circles are intended for personal insight, reflection, and inspiration. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions that may arise from the insights gained during the sessions.

If you have a medical or mental health condition, it is your responsibility to seek professional support before engaging in these offerings.

Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly in all sessions.

Any behavior deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful may result in removal from the session or dream circle without a refund.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (such as technical failures, natural disasters, illness, or other emergencies), I reserve the right to reschedule or provide an alternative arrangement.

If a dream circle or mentoring session is canceled by me due to such circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a mentoring session or dream circle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. It is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to me. Any personal information you provide when booking a mentoring session or dream circle (such as name, email, and payment details) will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and communication purposes related to the session. I do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Any notes or insights from our sessions will be kept private and will not be shared without your explicit consent.
